The short version: you tell the AI what is going on, it helps you, and you pay only if you want to keep going. We use what you share to do that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

Computer Support Inc. is a website run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). It is an AI service. It is not a call center and has no technicians who connect to your computer. You can reach us at info@computersupportinc.com.

What you give us, and what happens to it

• What you type and the photos you add. They are sent to an AI service so it can answer you. Photos are shrunk in your browser first. We do not keep your messages or photos on our server. During a fix, your conversation stays in your browser and is sent again with each step so the AI remembers it.
• A help session. We keep a simple counter for up to 24 hours, with a random number and how many steps you have used, so that the free steps and the unlock work. It does not contain what you wrote.
• Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a simple order record (the plan you bought, how many fixes are left, and an order number) for up to 90 days so a pack works as promised. Your browser also remembers that order number so you can use the rest of a pack.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour. We do not log the contents of your messages.

Who else handles it

• An AI service provider reads your messages and photos and writes the answers. We send only what is needed for that.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Our hosting provider runs the site.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Please keep these out of your messages and photos

You never need to share a password, a PIN, a code sent to your phone, a card number, a bank account number or a Social Security number to use this site. If a photo shows one, please cover it up first. If you add one by mistake, the helper will tell you not to share it.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. You can email us to ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted, and we will respond promptly. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Security

We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
